Bisexuality or Bi is a sexual attraction to two or more genders and/or sexes. It is often mistaken as a sexual orientation where your attracted to females and males. It is also often mistaken as being the same as Pansexual or Pan due to both Bisexual and Pansexual being attracted to more than two or more genders, but people who are Bisexual tend to be attracted to people based on gender, age, looks, etc. while people who are Pansexual tend to go for everything else but gender.
Being Bisexual is a spectrum, so no two Bisexual people will be the same. You can still be Bisexual even though you lean towards a certain gender. You can be still be Bisexual if you:
- Tend to like one gender than every other gender but still feel sexual attraction for other genders.
- Tend to feel little to no sexual attraction towards someone. (Check out Sexual Orientation Conditions for more information on that.)
- Don't like a certain gender but like the other genders.
